Munich wishes it had views like this. For a sun-soaked, waterside Oktoberfest, Tequesta’s Jupiter Pointe Club and Marina is the place to be October 13. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the marina, bar and grille, and pool will be brimming with folks looking to spread a little fall cheer while sipping on some great seasonal beers.
Part street fair, part beer-infused party, Jupiter Pointe will transform into a hustling and bustling midway, with food and drink specials at the bar, live music, children’s activities and nearly 100 vendors offering an array of goodies, from food and drinks to arts and crafts, including jewelry, children’s clothing and more. For the active type, a paddleboard course will be set up in the Intracoastal, testing patrons’ agility, balance and coordination. But for the real party, head poolside for a dip and some sun-kissed lounging—it’s the perfect place to sip on a boat drink while working on a tan.
- Admission is free.
- Festivities run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- A portion of Jupiter Pointe’s Oktoberfest proceeds will go to Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.
Make a day of it and paddle over to the sandbar just east of Jupiter Pointe in the Intracoastal. Low tide is projected for noon October 13, so there will be plenty of real estate to lounge at and enjoy the party. Kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals are available at Jupiter Pointe Paddling, conveniently located at the marina. It's within a few minutes' paddle to The Nature Conservancy’s Blowing Rocks Preserve, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, Cato's Bridge and the sandbar. So come a little early, build up an appetite and thirst, bring a paddle and enjoy the rest of the afternoon sipping on lagers at the marina.
- Kayak and stand-up paddleboard rates are as follows: $25 for one hour, $35 for two hours, $45 for half day.
