Platinum Spritz from Elisabetta’s

This West Palm resto shares a special recipe in honor of PBI’s seventieth anniversary

When marking a milestone, Champagne is a must. Ervin Machado and the team at Elisabetta’s in West Palm Beach crafted the Platinum Spritz, a blend of Veuve Clicquot, Galliano liqueur, and a house-made pomegranate syrup. Savor a glass ($40) at the West Palm location throughout March, or try it at home using this recipe.

Ingredients

1 oz. Galliano

½ oz. pomegranate and agave nectar syrup

6 oz. Veuve Clicquot Champagne

Pour all ingredients into a coupe glass and garnish with an orchid flower.

Pomegranate Syrup Ingredients  

5 oz. pomegranate seeds

½ quart agave nectar

¼ quart water

Bring all ingredients to a simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and chill.
